New Clients

Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a health intake form, and to discuss with your therapist what you’d like to focus on. If you are late to your session, we will do our best to accommodate you for the time you have left without penalising the following client. Please note that arriving late to your session may result in a shorter appointment as to not penalise the clients booking after you. Clients who are over 20 minutes late will be asked to reschedule their appointment, and will be charged a full cancellation fee.

Cancellations more than 24 hours before appointment

If you are going to be unable to attend a booked appointment, please let us know by telephone (not sms) to 0417 043 015, at least 24 hours before your booked appointment time.

If you have already pre-paid the value of the service booked, via an online booking, we will provide you with a credit note for the value of the service. The credit note is non-transferrable and will have a 12 month expiry date.

Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment

Because our time is valuable, we have a 24 hours cancellation policy. Any cancellations (including non-attendances) that occur 24 hours or less before your booked appointment time, which we are not reasonably satisfied are caused by circumstances genuinely out of your control will attract a cancellation fee.

The cancellation fee may be up to 100% of the value of the service booked if we are reasonably unable to fill the appointment slot. If you have already pre-paid, via an online booking, we are entitled to retain up to the full value of the service booked.

Where the service has not been pre-paid, the cancellation fee will be payable within 7 days of our request for payment. If the fee is not paid, and we reasonably incur administration and/or collections costs as a result, we may charge those additional costs to you.

We will not provide any further services to you while cancellation fees (including associated costs) are outstanding.

Please note that private health insurers and other third party payers will not cover any cancellation fees (including associated costs) which are incurred by you.

No Shows

None attendance of an appointment automatically applies 100% of the value of the service booked if we are reasonably unable to fill the appointment slot. If you have already pre-paid, via an online booking, we are entitled to retain the full value of the service booked.

Pregnant Clients

Please specify that you are pregnant when booking so we may schedule you with a Prenatal Certified Therapist. If you are scheduling an appointment for your partner or a friend who is expecting, you must notify us upon booking the reservation.

Gift Certificates

Please bring your gift certificate to booking. We are unable to process your payment without a physical gift certificate

Prices are liable to change: at the time of redemption, if a service price is more than the amount the voucher was purchased for, the recipient is required to pay the difference.
Services paid with a Gift Voucher cannot be claimed on Private Health for Rebates. The health funds have advised that they do not pay benefits for services when the services are fully covered by a third party.

Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new voucher or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, Aim Remedial Massage does not offer refunds for massage services or Gift Cards. Gift Cards and store credit are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

Safety/Conduct

As professional licensed therapists, we are dedicated to providing a completely safe and enjoyable experience for our clients. Our work is strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Any sexual comments or advances will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment of appointment will be required.
